Victorian Era applique is hand sewn with soutache cords, tapes and fringe trim. Still pristine, basted to its original crinoline with a label that reads: "Au Louvre", Paris.
Likely made to attach to a cape or to adorn a dress.
Applique measures 32 by 30 inches and is in three separate pieces.
Still a midnight back in excellent condition.
