Very fine quality Alencon style lace was made in France circa 1930's or earlier. Fine lace has floral patterns that repeat every 5 inches. All outlined with heavier cord details and many decorative fillings. This antique lace is machine run and features tiny filling details never seen in modern laces. French lace is 5 inches in width and made with cotton fibers. Sold by the yard.
