Original silk and velvet hat dates from the early 1920's.
The top has alternating velvet and satin with piping.
I have added the antique appliques, buttons, ribbon work as shown.
The inside has a ruched ribbon band as shown for fit.
Inside measures about 21.5, 22 inches with band.
Excellent antique condition with some wear on the velvet wire brim, and the satin on the underside.
