Tassel has a decorative netted cord top in a lacy pattern and thin ribbon tassel ends.
Netted top measures about 1" by 1 3/4th" and is rather flat with pattern on both sides, with 4 inch ribbon fringe.
The loop for hanging is a woven ribbon with a doubled loop measuring 8 inches in length.
Color is a blue/black.
