This antique fringe was made to be added to shawls and other textiles circa 1920's. Quality fringe has two rows of hand knotted silky ivory/ecru rayon threads. Fringe measures 4 1/2 inches in width, and has a sturdy 1/4th inch scalloped selvage reinforced with three rows of cotton chain stitch. In excellent unused condition. Sold by the yard.
