Embroidered silk moiré panel has garlands and swags of detailed ribbon work bordered with decorative embroidered lines in ivory silk. Panel is lightly padded with a silk satin lining and a silk fringe.
This ribbon flower embroidery is in excellent antique condition with no visible fading or loss. There are several missing stitches in the ivory lines, a couple pin holes in the lining, and a small split in the corner as shown in the picture. Panel measures about 14.5 by 50 inches long.
Likely dates from 1900's or earlier.
